Within the Georgia Access system, a Limited Subagent functions solely in an administrative support capacity. They are not authorized to enroll consumers, recommend plans, or act as Certified Agents. In order for a Limited Subagent Agent (Admin Staff) to receive their portal information, their agency manager must create their portal profile.
