How do I use my access code to log in

If you applied for coverage on HealthCare.gov in 2022, to ensure a seamless transition to Georgia Access, we have transferred your information from HealthCare.gov and loaded it into Georgia Access on your behalf.  You should have received a notice about this transition, which includes a unique access code that will allow you to create an application in Georgia Access.  After you create your Georgia Access account, you will be prompted to enter your access code to link your new Georgia Access account with your pre-loaded application.

Your access code is a 8-digit alpha code containing only letters and no numbers included in the notification sent to you by Georgia Access.  Enter this number when creating your Georgia Access login to claim the account we have already setup for you. 

If you have misplaced your access code, don't worry!  A Georgia Access customer service representative can resend it to you.  Simply call the Georgia Access Contact Center at 888-687-1503 and press 7 to speak to a Georgia Access Customer Service Representative.
