The Georgia Access platform provides the producer community with two account options. These account options provide producers the flexibility they need to manage their book of business while also managing their agency. The two accounts available are:
- Agency/Agency Manager Account (for producers who work on their own or are a supervisor inside a larger agency),
and
- Agent Account (for producers within an agency that do not supervise other agents).
Agency Manager Accounts Can:
- Manage Agents within the agency
- Add/Remove Agents within the agency
- Manage the agency’s clients
- Transfer clients between agents as needed
- Manage clients within the agency managers own book of business
- Complete applications and Plan selections on a clients behalf
- Accept or decline new clients
- Add new clients
Agent Accounts Can:
- Manage Clients
- Complete applications and Plan selections on a client’s behalf
- Accept or decline new clients
- Add new clients
