Agency Managers have the ability to edit agency information within their Agency manager portal. If errors are made, this is where corrections will be performed on behalf of the organization and on behalf of individual agents who may need their information corrected. If there are any changes you cannot make to your agency, the Agency manager must submit a ticket with the requested changes.
