Once you enroll in a health or dental plan, you will pay your premiums directly to the insurer. Premium payments are not submitted through or processed by Georgia Access.
After you complete your enrollment, you must pay your first month’s premium in order for your coverage to take effect. To see if your insurer accepts online payments, log into your Georgia Access account and click the Enrollments tab to view your enrollment(s). If your insurer accepts online payments, you'll see a payment button that links to your insurer's payment site. If your insurer does not accept online payments, or if you have other questions regarding the payment process, please contact your insurer or visit their website.
Please note that health and dental plans are usually offered by separate insurers and are billed separately. If applicable, please pay each premium to ensure that both types of insurance are activated.
