With Georgia Access...you don’t have to go it alone! You can get free help from one of our Georgia Access certified professionals. You can choose from a Georgia Access certified agent or Georgia-certified enrollment assister in your area. These professionals can meet with you virtually, in person or by phone to guide you through the enrollment process starting on November 1st.

TTY Support:
Deaf, hard of hearing or speech-impaired consumers will be prompted to dial the 711 Telecommunications Relay Service to be connected to an interpreter who will then connect the consumer with a customer service representative in the Georgia Access Contact Center.

Message Georgia Access:
A Georgia Access customer / Georgia Access certified agent/ assister may visit the main customer facing www.Georgiaaccess.gov website and select the “Connect” tab at the top of the website. Follow this path to reach out to Georgia Access via web form messaging
- After selecting the “Support tab, then select Connect”, this action would bring a customer to the “Connect with Georgia Access” page.
- A customer can then scroll down to the “Message Us” web form and select from the drop down “Select a Topic” list
- Select the topic that best fits your question or inquiry.
- Fill out the form fields, type in a message and click “Submit Message”.
